The sole purpose of this department is to create procedures for asset management for Rio Arriba County. The reason these procedures have been implemented is so that the departments can make sure their assets are getting transferred to the proper locations. Any disposed of items will be actioned off through an online public surplus auction service.
- For assets' needing to be transferred or disposed of, please contact the Property Control Management Department at 505-753-2992 ext. 5369.
- A work order will need to be filled out for the transfer or disposal of items.
- All transfer and disposal forms must be filled out and must have proper signatures before any of the assets can be transferred or disposed of.
